What it tastes like

Savoury, herby and mild — garlic and onion with paprika, thyme, basil and parsley. Warm and well-rounded, gentle enough for the whole family yet full of flavour.

Cook this tonight

• Rub all over a whole chicken before roasting for a golden, herby Sunday roast.
• Sprinkle onto thighs, breasts or drumsticks before grilling, frying or BBQing.
• Season chicken pieces for fajitas, traybakes, soups or a creamy chicken pasta.

How to use it

A little goes a long way — one to two teaspoons is plenty for a family meal for four or five. Rub it on dry just before cooking, or loosen with a little oil for a marinade and leave it to sit for a richer flavour. It's brilliant on roast veg and potatoes too, so don't stop at the chicken.
