Blend No.7 Tandoori - Commonly believed to originate in the Punjab it is universally known. Who can resist a tandoori chicken starter with a simple salad, lemon and minted yoghurt?
This is the dish that got Dave started on the spice journey, it is perfect for the BBQ as it is as near to a tandoori oven as you can get. Serve straight off the BBQ in a warm naan with salad and minted yoghurt.
Alternatively you can try our tandoori curry, not a traditional curry by any means, you can always substitute the chicken for a soya based alternative. It is really easy to make when you follow our recipe card and it tastes amazing. Serve on a bed of rice with some warm naan bread on the side.
