Blend No.5 Jerk - Our beautiful well balanced hand blended jerk seasoning is perfect to be used either as a rub or as a base for cooking wonderful curries. Our blend is not too hot as we feel it's better for everyone to be able to enjoy this wonderful seasoning, if you want more heat you can easily add more chilli while cooking.
All our blends use top grade spices and are carefully hand blended, we've been working with spices for over 20 years. You won't believe the flavour difference using a good quality blend makes, if you’re not happy for any reason we'll give you your money back.
Jerk and jerk sauces origins are from Jamaica and popular with Caribbean and West Indian communities. Jerk is a spicy flavour that works well with both white and red meats, fish and vegetables.
