Tikka Masala Blend No.1
A British favourite, this mild creamy curry is a national treasure. Allegedly invented in Glasgow to satisfy a customer request.
Cajun Blend No.2
Creole cooking at its best, it’s easy and so tasty! We have used a meat substitute for a vegetarian version but simply replace with chicken, prawns and chorizo if you prefer.
Piri Piri Blend No.3
This is a well known name and was made popular by the Portuguese. Many mixes an be extremely hot and this can sometimes spoil the dish. We have created a more subtle blend so more people can enjoy it’s wonderful flavours. If you want to take it up a notch you can always add more chilli
Harissa Blend No.4
Harissa is one of our spiciest mixes but we have created a more subtle blend so that more of you can appreciate this wonderful blend in your cooking. You can always add more chilli if you prefer it hotter.
Jerk Blend No.5
The Jerk mix was traditionally used to create a spicy sauce for meat slowly cooked over a wood fire. Whilst you can cook this with just blend no.5 we strongly recommend adding blend no.7 for a wonderful combination of flavours.
Za'atar Blend No.6
A Middle Eastern spice mix Za’atar is traditionally eaten with flat breads. This recipe however works wonderfully, the baked aubergine has crunch while the Za’atar dip brings the whole dish alive.
Tandoori Blend No.7
The word tandoori refers to a variety of ovens used to cook. Commonly thought of is the cylindrical clay oven. This curry uses our tandoori mix to make a beautiful full flavoured dish. You’ll want to cook again and again.
Merguez Blend No.8
A spice mix often found in sausages, this French/Tunisian spice mix is warm and hearty with a fennel undertone that we hope you agree, lends itself to stews and casseroles.
Mexican Blend No.9
Want to cook chilli like a pro? By using our carefully blended mix, it’s not only full of flavour it’s quick and easy too! Cook with your favourite mince or mince substitute to create this really tasty dish quickly and easily.
Korma Blend No.10
A mild, creamy and fragrant curry for those who like spice but not heat. Our version has an intense flavour but it is not hot.
Berbere Blend No.11
This is an Ethiopian style stew, and the spice mix gives a beautiful deep flavour. This version is made with vegetables but can be made with chicken, beef or lamb (cooking times will increase but the recipe is the same – allow 1 hour for chicken, 2 hours for beef and lamb).
Ras El Hanout Blend No.12
A wondeful fragrant spice blend, used extensively in North Africa. There are many variations on this mix. This dish can be prepared quickly and then placed in the oven to cook.
Paella Blend No.15
Our blend will help you create a wonderful authentic flavour quickly and easily, and once you’ve tried our standard recipe you will be able to incorporate different vegetables, meats and seafood to make your own favourite version.
Taco Blend No.23

Swedish Meatballs Blend No.21
Possibly one of Sweden’s most icon foods they are a wonderful comfort meal that are quick and simple to make. Meatballs are used the world over and are more commonly known as Kofta’s which refers to meat that has been minced and formed into balls or placed on a skewer.
Thai Massaman Blend No.18
This wonderful fragrant curry we associate with Thai cuisine but the dish has a mixed history. It is not clear-cut but what we know is that it has been around for hundreds of years and was most likely introduced to Thailand by Persian Merchants.
Thai 7 Spice Curry Blend No.20
If you love the tastes associated with Thailand you’ll love this blend which is inspired by 7 key spices used in Thai and Asian cooking. As well as the recipe we provide you will be able to use this mix as a base to help you make great dishes that are full of authentic flavour.
Pork Tagine Blend No.19
Our spice blend will give you that authentic flavour and will work just as well with a slow cooker, a heavy or cast-iron pot if you do not have a Tagine. Mouth watering and easy to prepare it can slowly cook in the oven making it a wonderful meal to come home to on a workday.
Ultimate Burger Blend No.22
We like to think of this blend as very special as it’s not based on any well known dish such as Tikka or Harissa, this was our first very own blend unique to us, designed to add a punch to any burger not just beef. It’s part of what we love about spices, we will be creating other blends that are not famous but just ones we love and hope you will too.
Kofta Blend No.17
Our Kofta blend is based on Greek flavourings which they would traditionally serve in kebab houses, accompanied by Tzatziki or plain yoghurt. They are easy to prepare and can be cooked in several ways, if its not bbq weather no problem these work well under a grill or simply frying them.
Italian Bolognese Blend No.14
A sauce that needs no introduction, we’re all familiar with it. So why would we offer this blend when it’s so easily purchased? Good question but the answer is very simple, ours is made with just spices and herbs, no additives no caking agents just flavour. It’s been widely published about a certain famous jar containing 10 teaspoons of sugar and we all know that salt is used heavily to balance out the flavour to stop it tasting too sweet.
Malay Satay Chicken Blend No.24
A dish many of us are familiar with it originates from Indonesia and is popular in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Usually served on skewers in a sauce we have recipe here which is close to a curry.
Chimichurri Pork Blend No.13
Has its roots in South America but its origins are probably Basque and loosely translate as “a mixture of things in no particular order. It’s blend is deceptively simple and can be used as a dry rub or used within a dish to replicate the original sauce. It has a beautiful delicate taste that when used as a dry rub enhances the flavour of any meat. It is subtle and yet full of flavour.
Togareshi Japanese 7 Blend No.16
As well as being flavoursome, it is hot too and whilst we normally tone down the heat in our blends we felt it really needed to be balanced with enough heat to make it more in line with its heritage. Ideal with noodles as a mid week meal that can be cooked in as a little as 15 to 20 minutes.
Speculaas is a Dutch biscuit. A type of shortcrust biscuit that is spiced with familiar Christmas spices. They are made thin with a very crunchy, slightly browned colour. They are traditionally stamped with figures from stories about St. Nicholas.
