Blend No.4 Harissa - Used heavily throughout North African countries it has a wonderfully fragrant aroma that is slightly minty. It is described as Tunisia's national condiment and is one of our hottest spices. We have created a more subtle blend but you can always adjust the heat levels to your own liking.
Our hand-blended Harissa spice is made in small batches to our own recipes using the very best ingredients so you get easy superior results every time, our motto has always been - Authentic Made Simple
For the main dish, we have a super quick and easy recipe for you to try that creates a wonderful dish in less than 40 minutes. Each resealable 50g pouch of Harissa spice mix contains just spices and no artificial preservatives or additives so a little goes a long way. It’s packed full of flavour and a little goes a long way, you will receive enough to cook 5 wonderful meals that will serve 4 to 5 people each time. We've also listened to your feedback and for those who buy regularly from us, we've introduced the 100g pouch. If you need bigger amounts we're always happy to help just contact us by email or phone. It's versatile and Harissa can be used as a BBQ rub that is very aromatic, we love it served with flatbread and hummus. Or sprinkle over vegetables such as cauliflower and roast in the oven.
