Creamy Cajun Chicken with Linguine Pasta

This delicious Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe showcases our SpiceMasters Cajun Spice Blend's versatility and depth of flavour. It's a quick and easy weeknight dinner that's packed with bold flavours and wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- 80g linguine per person or your favourite pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp SpiceMasters Cajun Spice Blend
- 15ml olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 240ml double cream
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Season chicken breasts generously with SpiceMasters Cajun Spice Blend.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell pepper and onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice cooked chicken and arrange on top of pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
