Pork Tagine With Couscous
Whilst the traditional way to cook this is in a Tagine we have adapted the recipe to use any oven proof dish with a lid that you have.
As long as you can keep the moisture in you will get great results just like a tagine.

Spice Master Tips
Temperature - Let the oven get up to temperature while you fry the other ingredients. Placing the dish in the oven about 5 minutes before you need it will make sure your dish cooks quickly
Slow cooker - A great dish for the slow cooker as it mimics a Tagine perfectly but do not use lean meats as they can dry out. Lamp is perfect for slow cooking and the slow cook will develop even more flavour.
Other staples - If you're not a cous cous lover then no problem Tagine is traditionally eaten with flat breads and you could also use rice instead.
